super des remains the jumproping queen

So we went back to my new favorite place, and of course the lure of the jump rope machine was too much. I tried it a few times to warm up, but then YES des won the jackpot once again. *And* this time it was caught on video.







Notice that I have removed my moon boots and am jumping in my light blue socks, to maximize jumpage. Also notice that I flail my arms wildly to keep my balance. Note: what was not caught on video, both fortunately and unfortunately, was the time right before this, when I totally fell off the mat.

There wasn't as big a crowd drawn as last time, but this was a Monday night instead of a Saturday. There were a few onlookers, but no applause.

As a bit of contrast, here is Jay using the same machine. He did not win. In fact, the machine decided for him that he was done. It was a little disappointing.
