it's official!

We were approved for the townhouse! I hate moving, but I'm excited to be in a new place. I'm looking forward to all of the following:

-no major bug infestations, so it won't take 3 additional months to move in
-any problems will be FIXED (like heat and/or AC)
-carpeted floors
-two stories
-two bathrooms
-more room, so now we can actually have people over!
-better location: closer to both of our jobs, a more fun neighborhood, etc.
-related: walking distance from a delicious BBQ joint that everyone in Asheville knows
-24 hour access to a fitness room

I'm sure there are more advantages, but I think that's enough to show why I am pleased. :)
