livin la vida loca

I'm a bachelorette for 3 days while Craig is in CA for work. BTW, those are fun when I can go, but not fun when I can't go.

So what did I do with my free time yesterday? Party like a swinger? Get crazy with my girlfriends and ice cream? Close. I ate a dinner of leftover pizza and a dessert comprised of a banana, peanut butter, and chocolate syrup. Then under the guise of watching the Simpsons, I took a nap on the couch. Then I went to bed at 9pm.

Crazy, no?

I thought maybe I'd wake up extra early and have some newspaper & coffee time before work, but no, I slept right through til my alarm went off. Actually I did wake up once when I dreamed I was choking to death on something caught in my throat, then the real me (sleeping des) realized I was just really really thirsty so I got some water. Then back to sleep.

There was a wicked thunderstorm when I woke up, so I did have to spend some time consoling my normally unafraid cat because the lightning & thunder were constant and right overhead. But that stopped before I had to leave.

The plan for tonight? Another piece of the same pizza (which was gross and I'm going to throw it out now), some mac & cheese, do the dishes, make a necklace, more Simpsons, etc. You name it, I'm living it. Crazy crazy crazy. You totally envy me and my free-wheelin life.
