A customer service rep gave me a credit card to process. It didn't go through. I had the following conversation with the CSR (via email):
me: Her credit card was declined.
him: Oh Boy
Be sure it matches to old one in ticket
me: I used the same # I used last time – it’s saved in the program.
him:
me:
Next time I need a quote I’ll call you
Please bring over order – since you have them
I brought over the info that I shouldn't have had anyway and said "I don't talk to the customers" which is entirely true. (Would you want some stranger calling you asking for your credit card info? Me neither.)
He went "pssht" like I was being childish. That customer is YOUR customer. I have nothing to do with AN customers, while you've been talking to this particular person and helping them with their order.
Grow up! (And please use proper punctuation!)
