not suspicious behaviour at all...

Yesterday while walking home from the train station, I saw 2 guys I'd never seen before on my street. Of course, I don't live on a tiny street in Hickville, USA, where I know everyone's name (and business). But these guys stood out. They were young, probably 17-18 or so, wearing big puffy jackets and sideways hats, walking with that funny gait that young "thugs" always seem to have. What made them stand out was that they weren't black or Chinese like everyone else in my neighborhood (except myself and Craig).

They were ambling along and I paid them no mind until they both suddenly stopped and did an about-face, and started walking the other direction. They looked like ducks at the shooting gallery. Then I saw the police car semi-hidden between 2 parked cars with the cop standing outside looking up & down the street. As I passed the cop, I considered telling him about the doofasses (doofi?) but I figured that he would notice them on his own, especially if he was looking for them. If he wasn't looking for them, then I would let him concentrate on what he was looking for.

It just struck me as odd.

Well, I am glad that they didn't start anything with you. When you said they did an about face, I was worried they were going to hassle you.

nope. They just didn't like El Coppo.

I would've had to karate chop them.

At least you kept your cool. I'm of the paranoid variety who thinks everyone is a potential psycho...I would have probably freaked out in some way.

I just kinda go with the flow.

You'd be a good cop, Des.

Are you being sarcastic?

Regardless, I would never be an NYPD.
