Winter is coming. I’m so excited. I see the big coats hanging in my closet and I can’t wait to wear them. I love big coats. I love hats and gloves and scarves, and I love having family & friends that will crochet them for me. I love cuddling in big blankets and drinking hot chocolate. I love when my cat sleeps on my neck at night - mostly to keep himself warm, but inadvertently keeping me warm as well.
This will be my second real winter, because as we all know, California doesn’t have “real” seasons. I love watching snow fall through my window, while I’m nice and cozy inside. I love wearing my big fuzzy boots while carefully tromping over the sidewalk ice, trying not to land hard on my butt. I love taking off my jacket off when I get to work and putting it back on when I leave.

Perfect. That is also how I feel. And November and December are the best times to be in New York City.
Well I guess we're gonna have to hang out in our designer coats then.
Ice ... ugh! I can't even stay up-right on dry ground.
I do like hot cocoa, though! And my new apartment has a fire place! How cool is that??!??!?!
now see, this works for you cause you have groovy style jackets and fun colored scarves and what-have-yous. I have black coat with purple matching hat, miittens, scarf and I need some zest. So I'm not so thrilled..
Definitely we shall hang out in our designer winter coats. How delightful! (oooh - my code word is xccpt!)
ts - I'm so jealous.
gr - we're going shopping. Thrift stores have the zestiest stuff.
Suz- it's a date!
