i need advice.
a coworker is enamoured with my jewelry making skills. so she showed me a bracelet someone else made for her and asked if i could put a hook on it, so it doesn't fall off. it was ridiculously easy to do and i gave it back to her the next day.
she offered to pay me, and i felt bad charging her because it was so easy. so i told her to buy me lunch. i don't really like this person, and i don't want to encourage her so i become her personal jewelry - fixer. but i would like money. i'm torn between being poor and taking money for practically nothing. i didn't even have to buy supplies - i used about an inch of wire that i already had.
should i let the greedy side come out, and continue doing things for her as long as she pays me well? or should i politely decline, as i don't need lunch that often?
