Job requirements:
-Intelligence. If I explain something to you, don't make me explain it again. And again.
-Self-starting. If I get in later than you, it would be super to find you already working away instead of sitting, staring at the wall.
-Competent. If I walk away to go gossip, you can continue working with no problem.
-Willing to listen and to try things on your own.
-Able to read the notes I left for you and figure out new things without needing me there at all.
-Great personality, so I don't dread having to share a tiny space with you for 2.5 weeks.
-Hard working, so I don't feel like a slave driver trying to train you for your new job.
These things are a plus, but not vital:
-Younger than me (but only by a little bit).
-Fun to hang out with.
-more similar to me (work-wise) than anyone is going to find in a million years.
-named Ruthie.

I dunno. Those requirements are pretty strenuous. I don't mean to burst your bubble, but it really doesn't look good.
