I like it, but it feels a little back handed. Are they saying that being a woman at all is bad?

Am I being over sensitive?

I took it the same way. Like being a woman is one step below being a citizen.

(remember how blacks were 3/5 of a person?)

Okay.. I thought I was just being bitchy. my students are taking a standardized test right now.. and I am SO tired of having to teach 13 year olds how to bubble things in.

Yay us... we were able to overcome the tragedy being a woman (the members of the human race that can bear young and feed them self produced mothers milk) so that we may become citizens that can fight wars that may or may not make sense.

I think I would rather be a woman thanks.
