Here are some pictures I've taken recently that accurately portray my life in NYC. Some of the pictures I really like, but I won't tell you which ones.
These were all taken with my phone, which has an amazing camera. But someday I'll get around to carrying around my fancy 35mm and/or my fancy digital cameras. Also, I haven't altered any of them except for the size, to make them more web-ceptable.

This is a building they've been working on for years. It's about a block away from my work, so I pass it twice a day. For some reason, it fascinates me. Especially when the clouds reflect in the windows as they have here.
One day I was on the train. I felt like snapping a photo. There is some weird pink graffiti, and someone has drawn on the picture of the baby. This could be any train, anywhere. (Though it's probably a J train by the looks of it.)
Here's a guy I see sometimes, though this was the only time I had seen him in this particular station. He's very old and plays keyboards (or presses the auto-music button on the keyboard) while weird little animitronic toys lip sync. It's a little creepy, but still oddly fascinating.
This is the view from the lunch room at work. That's the Manhattan Bridge. Looking out this window is one of the things that reminds me how much I like living here.
This was a totally lucky shot. I was waiting for my train when this graffiti-train pulled up on the other platform. You never see trains painted like this. In fact, this is the only one I've seen. I tried to get it with the doors closed so you could see more of the paint, but my train pulled up directly between me & the painted train before I got a chance.
Finally, here's me at work. It's not the best picture, but I had a lot of time on my hands that day. Maybe I should have fixed my hair or something.

Great pictures! It gives me a glimpse of New York ~ a place I haven't visited in many years. :)
The picture of you is a good one! Glad you didn't primp for it. It's more natural this way.
Peace,

The picture of me actually took several tries to get one that even came out. :)
I've never been to New York so I enjoyed the pictures. You look pretty and happy.
You're so sweet. And I'm not really happy, because I'm at work. ;)
Great pictures! I think you look great!
It's sad, but sometimes I WISH we had graffiti in the DC metro. It's just concrete and cold and lifeless, I hate it.
Cute pic, too! Thanks for linking me. You'll be on my link list as well. :)
Thanks, gang!
You sre SO cute, and I love the idea of New York. I think I have to go
*blush*
You should definitely come here. We'll hang out.
I love your New York story. You so get it here.
I forgot to mention that old man in the subway with the keyboards always depresses me. He's often at Times Sq.
New York and I get each other.
