I’ve only been awake 2 hours, and already I can tell it’s One of Those Days:
-I spilled my coffee all over the floor, computer desk, and clothes on the floor.
-I dropped my makeup bottle, but caught it – luckily. It would have shattered, exploding liquid ivory-colored makeup all over the floor and several pairs of shoes.
-I had a weird stain on my hand between my pinky and ring finger that looked like it was half motor oil and half charcoal. I have not used either of these things, and my hand took several minutes of washing to get clean. Not counting the other things the stain spread to.
-As I finished climbing the stairs to the subway platform, both trains pulled away from the station at the same time.
-When I went to buy my muffin, I found a dollar in my wallet that had been ripped neatly in half. I don’t have the other half.
Is it any wonder I was late to work?
I’ll keep you updated as my day progresses.

oh no! At least the shoes are safe-that we can be thankful for.
That would have been the worst. And some of the shoes were Craig's, so you know he would have been mad!
I had a day like that today where it just seemed like everything was off. Things spilling on the floor, etc. I also realized that the baby was out of formula. Then my friend called and asked me if I could watch her kid last minute. I said sure if she could swing by CVS and pick up some formula (I only have room for 2 kids in my car). Turns out she got the wrong kind. CVS wouldn't exchange it and they were out of the correct formula. I had to go to Walgreens. A
Time to put the little tiki thing back in the cave before more bad things happen. I had no idea you were in Hawaii.......
