pick-it-tures

So here are my new tattoos. Since most of you only know me in the blogworld, there is little chance you will ever see them in real life. For those of you that do know me, they are covered entirely by most shirts, so you won't see them unless I happen to be wearing a tank top. (Good luck with that in the winter.)

And here is the penguin. He is not very photogenic, so we took this picture 28 times and this is the best one that came out. But you get the idea.
The bat is okay, but having a penguin tattoo is what really shows my toughness. Not to mention the faerie and the roses (not pictured). People see the penguin and know not to mess with me.

By the way, here is the picture I based the penguin on. This was taken by my sister's boyfriend's sister while doing research in Antarctica.
The bat is based on a necklace I have. It looks exactly like that, except it's made of metal.

Final plug: I got these at Fun City, by Chuck. They are awesome there, and I will definitely go back next time I need a colorful ink blotch put on my skin.

So there are my new tattoos. I love them and I wanted to show them off to the internet world.
