people always ask artists where their ideas come from. mine come from my dreams. i have awesome, cinematic dreams that would make me a lot of money if i wrote them down and published them. unfortunately, the hard part is taking the parts of the dream i can remember and putting them together in a way that makes sense.
i'm writing a story right now. i have the main parts of the dream down, but it's still very odd. luckily it's sci-fi (as it was bound to be) so it doesn't have to make perfect sense. it's not very good yet, but i'm still working on it. it's not nearly done. but i'm determined to finish it and get it published, at least as a first step towards my dream job of never having to leave the house again. also, if got me a few (hundred) bucks, that would be friggin' awesome.
